New CJIS/Licensing Division Fingerprint Procedures

CJIS Fingerprinting Scheduled Change January, 2010

According to Sgt. Jimmy Russell of the Licensing Division of the Maryland State Police, CJIS has mandated that no more hard cards will be accepted after January, 2010. All fingerprint submissions will be via LiveScan.
